The Growth Coach Group was founded by author and national instructional coach Andy Dousis.  Collaborators in the group have helped grow teachers for decades and Andy has made this work accessible through several online formats. Through the years he has devoted to teaching, he has found that teachers are often pressed for time. The Growth Coach Group offers aid to those educators needing to learn in a hurry. These online lessons and courses address the needs of an educator looking to grow, by giving educators the tools of online learning when it is convenient for them.
